Welcome to East Bay Community Care! We are a group of high school students from Coliseum College Prep Academy (CCPA), San Lorenzo High, and MetWest High located in different parts of the East Bay Community brought together by La Clinica de la Raza's School-Based Health Center's youth internship program.

We hope to use this space as a way to connect our fellow students and community members to resources and promoting awareness for topics pertaining: COVID, Sexual Health Services, Mental Health, Nutrition and Food Insecurity
